how do i get dragonslayer spear?
it says i have to get a +10 spear and "acend" it?

Soul of Ornstein too , you have to defeat Smough first , and FACE SUPER ORNSTEIN <3

if you already defeat they , only on second run gameplay to achieve

You must go to Gigant Blacksmith in Anor Londo witch Ornstein soul. He create dragonslayer spear from this soul and spear+10. Next you must upgrate it. Done you have got dragonslayer spear +5.

Edit: To get Ornstein soul you must kill him second (kill first Smough). If you kill first Ornstein you must wait to NG+
