Once you have played enough; use Mugenmonkey to plan your build. Don't worry about levels now, just play. You could always add more to Dex and/or Int as some weapons probably require those stats.
Don't do this. It will (almost always) get you permanently banned from multiplayer. It doesn't matter if the end result is "legit" because the servers compare your previous save with your current one and can easily detect that the stat was illegally modified (stats can never go down, after all).
If you already tried to do this, delete your character immediately and you might avoid the ban.
Coming from Dark Souls 3 I just thought there might be some way to respec easily thats why I asked...
The only downside of "wrong" lvl is the increased cost per lvl advance, but the increased soul income per game advance will make that meaningless
