Does remastered include all the original DLC?
I've been thinking about giving the Dark Souls franchise a whirl. What better game to start with than the original game? Well, Remastered is basically just a graphical update of the original game, right? It's mostly just a re-release for modern consoles, and on PC, it's nothing but a graphical update.

So ... does Remastered include all the DLCs? Because I can't seem to find the DLCs available for separate purchase.

The DLC is included in the Remaster.
- Pro: better multiplayer connections without to use mods.
- Cons: the anticheat doesn't allow mods.

If you never played a DS game, forget all the bad reviews and give it a go.
Important: backup your saves, just in case you run into a cheater.

PC version always had the DLC, but if you watch the trailer it says the remastered does include the DLC on all platforms.

Can I still use mods in the single player game?

Nope. Only if you set STEAM to offline. Playing offline ingame may ban you for using mods. I wouldn't risk it.

Bann is always for multiplayer. If you won't play multiplayer, ofc you won't have a problem.

Not exactly true, there's a bunch of quality of life improvements implemented. (Not very many, though.) I tried to play the vanilla version a few times and it was incredibly cumbersome for me, at least in an unmodded form. I'd never choose it over the remaster.
