chaos eater drops red slab?
I am trying to farm a red titanite slab. Looekd it up online and they say to farm chaos eaters. I have been just farming them for 2 days. I was here at around sl60 and now sl104....still no slab.

Lots of red chunks and several white chunks. I have Gold serpent ring, 10 humanity, and I'm human.

Is the Wiki wrong? Should i be farming something else?

If it's like a regular titanite slab, then it has a .1% or .01% drop rate. There should be one down in the little drop if you haven't already picked it up.

Not sure what little drop, but I already had one to max out a fire item. Maybe that was the one.

Yep as that's the only one. Chaos is better than fire btw, as its damage caps at 10 humanity.

If you want to switch over to chaos, don't worry about getting it to +10. The damage difference from 9 to 10 isn't really that big.

Yes they drop red Slabs. I have had one once.

Only four of the Chaos Eaters though (after a certain story is done) and very low chance.

It's possible to get another red slab anyway:-

If Engyi is still alive and you have 11 INT or more then you can get another Pyromancy Flame...

If you gain his trust by getting Egg head Cursed and talk to him whilst in this state he will gift you another pyro flame if you talk to him again.

Upgrade that to just Ascended +0 with Quelana and then swap it at snuggly's for another Red Slab.

Shoot, that would have saved me a lot of time. I already had the second pyromancy flame =/

I just got the slab finally about an hour ago. Thanks for the info though!
