Rhea of Thorolund did not appear in FL after Capra fight

So this has not happened to me before so any light that can be shed on my situation would be fantastic. Bosse I killed so far, in the order I did them. Killed Pinwheel, killed Taurus, killed Capra. I thought killing Capra would always spawn Rhea, but Pet-whatever has dialogue I've never seen before, "I've lost m'lady....have you see her?" Will she be in the TotG when I go there? I am doing a faith build otherwise it wouldn't matter.

If you're getting that dialogue, yes she should be in tomb. Also make sure to kill the bone pillars or she'll die before petrus can even get to her.

Killing pinwheel probably procs the game to put her in tomb.

She is in dukes when you are locked by seath, there are some prerequisites for her to be there

Killing Pinwheel before kiling Capra Demon moves her party directly to the Tomb of Giants.

when she is in parish : buy all her miracles obviously before someone kills her

Buy everything you can from her. I believe she has a divine blessing, correct me if I am wrong. She didn't move in a previous playthrough, not remastered, even after getting all miracles but did once I bought whatever item(s) she had.
