Siegmeyer quest bugged?

So I did all the steps correctly, I gave him 3 moss, freed his daughter, answered yes to both questions. He's not at lost izalith, not at blighttown either. I even checked ash lake, neither of them are present anywhere. Help??

Check the Firelink Shrine again, maybe talk one time more to Sieglinde.
Also try to reload the game.

I did that multiple times, and she's not at firelink either

Ive done 8+ playthroughs with 5 characters and always got the slab? You must be doing something wrong

Did you kill the gold crystal guy just before the crystal cave?

the second one? No, I think not. I only killed the one containing sieglinde, as there is no info about the second one needing to be killed. I really hope I can fix this so I don't have to go to NG++ just for this.

I'm not new to the souls series, I just thought I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up siegmeyer's questline a second time. He
did spawn eventually, after I beat a boss. Only in the souls series, onions make me cry
