WHY WONT ANYTHING LOAD
I got this when it first came out and I had issues with areas not loading so all I get is invisible floors and walls on occassion.

But it is getting worse the more I play it. So much to the point that every area is like this now.
When I lowered the graphics settings nothing improved either.

My processor is a piece of ♥♥♥♥. But even with this I was able to run dark soul 3 with out many crashes and absolutely no rendering issues. I think its the games optimization.

Honestly, I spent $20 for a game that I already have and this version won't even work. Anybody know a way to fix this issue? Will the devs release a patch?

They can't patch a toaster though.

Are your specs below minimum? Not really their problem if they are.

My specs are fine. I can run Dark Souls 3 with few issues, fallout 4 no issues, and DOOM no issues. Its the optimization.

I can run modern games just fine. This isn't a modern game. Its an old game with updated graphics. There is no reason why I should be having this problem.

Hi, I also have this problem. My specs are much above minimum, game runs at a smooth 60 fps, but certain areas won't load any models textures, or enemies unless I either wait a long time, or quit and come back. It really is frusterating. Is there a way I could post a screenshot? If there is a way, I will post one.
Thanks is advance.

Hey I've had this problem since the game come out as well. My PC meets the minimum requirements for processing power, I have above the recommended video card, and I'm decently beyond the memory requirement as well. I haven't tried to play it in a long time, I've recently formatted so I may try it again, but probably will have the same result with environments and enemies not loading. I have screenshots of the problem on my profile under the game's category. Not sure how you can find it.

Dark Souls 2 runs amazingly smooth for me. DS3 however does not, eventually I get the same problem I have in dark souls remastered, just not as quickly. The problem does not arise immediately, but only after a few minutes of play. Wish I could help more instead of just contributing my problem as well.

Okay so upon looking for the screenshots after formatting, the screenshots aren't there anymore, not really sure what happened to them. Maybe it's because I didn't make them public or anything. I'll reinstall the game and provide more later.

Found one of my old screenshots. This is from shortly after the remaster had dropped on the market.

Installing on a fresh format did seem to improve performance a little, it isn't as bad as when the game first launched. The only thing that didn't load on the fresh install on a fresh format was 1 wall when you go up the elevator to the undead parish, and the NPC by firelink shrine.

The wall only loaded in after I pretty much cleared that floor of enemies, which did actually load, unlike the previous installation before the format.

The missing NPC loaded in within 15 seconds.

I'm pretty sure the store page's minimum requirements are not accurate.
