how many endurance i need to fully wear heavy armor and roll faster

In Dark Souls, you trade speed for protection and poise. You can reach a happy middle ground if you use a few equip load boosting items like Havel's ring, Ring of Favor and Protection, and the Mask of the father. But, at the end of the day, you're still going to have to choose between being a slow, unstoppable tank, or a fast moving fairy.

You're not going to be able to wear a whole set of heavy armor and fast roll without some serious min/maxing.

i removed the pants and gauntelt now i can roll faster so tis all good

Also keep in mind that the staimina hard cap is 40. So any Endurance past 40 is only for "I want to roll good while being really fat"

Yes you need a lot of endurance in dark souls 1, in prepare to die edition my level 200 sorceress had massive amounts of endurance for fast rolling while wearing the smough's helmet and chest armor along with lighter cloth gloves and legs.

Basically everyone wants at least 40 endurance, and that already gives you plenty of room to wear some heavy gear.

Try to use Havel's Ring if you want to go further and then put points in VIT, before you decide to go further in END.

Splitting stamina and equip load didn't really do much to the meta beyond make the sequel COINCIDENTALLY have a higher "community cap"

What's that? You need an extra 30 levels or so to get roughly the same end result as in DS1?

Oh look, the endgame PvP meta for DS2 is roughly 30 levels higher, what a coincidence good job splitting those stats. So mostly the impact was on people just wanting to screw around in PvE or Co-op, in the end.

Well fir med roll you need 26-50%, and for fast roll you need 25% or lower, so just take your weight and multipliy it by your desired roll speed (med roll would be X2, fast roll X4)

That's why I Love mid rolls. Plus meme rolling is pretty useful when there's no kill barriers down a pit.
