[SOLVED] Can't See Summon Signs and My Friends Can't See Mine

No i didn't got banned, i was banned in DKSIII before, it'll briefly say you have been penalized or something like that. But suddenly, this problem came out. Any ideas? I already tried turning on/off internet router, used internet repair for full reflesh/fix internet settings, changed in-game options and stuff like that.

I've solved the issue with sending ticket to Bandai Namco's support website. It's a bug, due it doesn't give information about "soft ban" or anything else. It's just matchmaking problem on my account, quickly fixed after support's help. Do the same if you have same issue.

Everyone gets that notice. It's likely a bug, if you are banned and is put offline you wouldn't see other player's ghosts.

Thanks for information, but i already know it's normal feed. I can be invaded, see bloods and ghosts but there is no summon sign, no message sign and people can't see my summon sign either. I was good with my good ol' Wulf's Connectivity with the original 2012 release, i paid 20$ for can't connect to my friends. Nice.

it worked on release but the company handeling the remaster broke it , and now that we paid for it there's no reason to fix it

bump. I hope someone from Namco Bandai will see this. I'm just tired about can't play online AT ALL, can't invade, can't summon, can't be summoned, all i can make is getting invaded and it's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard, due ALMOST every area boss is dead and only few people can actually invade me over and over again. Game's population is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dying, and i just payed 20$ dollars (and i swear to got it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cost much in place i've living in) for JUST ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PLAYING THIS with populated community and this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug or whatever is it BLOCKS me to do it. AT LEAST GIVE ME SOME ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ COMFIRMATION IF I GOT BANNED OR NOT so AT LEAST i'll ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ uninstall this without trying to connect with my friends or try to invade random people without success on HOURLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BASIS, and go back to the original release with Wulf's Connectivity mod at least I able to invade some people who still have good taste in game.

Where are you trying to Summon each other? Some places have requirements before you can see signs.

Thanks for the info, but i already know that. But it's a good thing i forgot to point it, we was playing in Darkroot Garden, i need to go AFK, i returned and suddenly, online is not working for me. We were playing in Darkroot Garden for days, like we should have spend our roughly 40 hours on playing PvP there. But now, it doesn't allow me to use online at all. And also, yeah we're tried to play on another places like Anor Londo and Oolacile Township, still not worked.

I've logged on from another Steam account, online works perfect, log back to my own steam account, it's not. It sounds like i got softbanned or something like that, and i ensure you I don't even run Cheat Engine while Steam is running, because i've spend lots of money in this account and don't wanna get banned due using 3rd party programs. Oh, also Notifications from main menu doesn't even say you've been penalized or something like that, I got softbanned in DKS3 once because of using someone else's save file.

Not entirely sure then, only option is you might be soft banned.

Make sure the place you are trying to summon is available for both of you. If you killed the main boss of the zone already you can not summon there (for example if you kill moonlight butterfly you can not summon help for hydra). If you got invaded by a hacker make new characters and see if you can summon each other, if you can then try on your mains again, if you cant then the hacker might have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ you.

I assume you are using a password? if you arent then try using one, if you are then try without it or double and quadruple check that you are using the same one. If one of you picked one of the unique weapons or upgraded a weapon (even if you arent currently using it) and the other didnt that would be preventing you from seeing each other unless you have password on.

Edit: If none of that works then try on family share accounts to see if you can connect, if you can connect on family share accounts then you are most likely softbanned.

Thanks for trying help tho, but i've tried all of those. I created new character, removed password and stuff like that. Changed accounts helped, but i just wanna play it on my own account. I suppose i got softbanned like i've said, but there is no information on info panel, which normally says you've been penalized when got softbanned.

UPDATE: Didn't got soft-banned, i'm kinda sure because i able to summon some random guy on forest. However, still can't be able to summoned or summon friends.

Presumably, game connects me in some kind of matchmaking pool that serperated with the other pool that my friends and majority of players take in.
