And if you're looking to anti-gank, might I suggest an OP pyro glove and great combustion? No reason to play "fair" against the unfair
That said, lately I've been using a lightning flamberge for invaders because it's one of the few weapoins that can carry a double effect (i.e. lightning and bleed). If you just go gear-to-gear with your invader, odds are you're going to lose; few invaders use that eyestone without total confidence their mark will be outmatched. They also expect you to run away, so I usually just run right at 'em.
And if we're talking gankers, why go it alone anyway?
