Knight's Honor Not Working

As the name implies, I am trying to get the Knight's Honor achievement - with the help of some friends. We've all decided to get every item and then pass them around to one another; I was first, but the achievement isn't working. I've gotten every item from this https://darksouls.wiki.fextralife.com/Knight's+Honor+Achievement+Guide wiki, including all of Artorias' equipment, as well as the Demon's Catalyst and Izalith Catalyst mentioned by another wiki, but it doesn't seem to be happening.

Do the weapons have to be first gotten unupgraded, or something? I can't figure out what else might be interfering with this.

To add a bit more - yes, this is all on one character. I've even tried taking literally everything out of my Bottomless Box as well.

My guess is Greatsword of Artorias, the soul can create a cursed or uncursed version of the weapon which you need both.

hey, no no need to upgrade the weapons works for me to just collect them in the prepare to die version.

I have every weapon on the list, yes, though I didn't personally make all of them. The Silver Knight Straight Sword I was given is odd, though, given that its name is Silv. Knight Str. Sword instead of the usual. Between that and the upgrade thing, I don't know what to do.

I just fired up PTDE - that's the correct/original name for the Silver Knight Straight Sword. It's an odd choice that stuck out to me too, when I originally saw it - because they had plenty of space for the full name.

Don't forget there are two Greatsword of Artorias! Don't confuse that with the Abyss Greatsword, which is made from the soul of Artorias and is not needed for the trophy.

FKIN HELL THANK YOU, I GOT MINDFUKED AND YOU SAVED ME. Both weapons have the same requirements and I completly forgot i crafted his weapon
