Hi. I don't know about cpu. But 4GB and graphic card is good. Game can run good if you have a matching cpu.

This game needs minimum memory, at least 8GB to enter the game.OMG.It's really the first time that you need to run memory larger than the game capacity.

Currently you cannot run it, as the game refuses to start with 4 gigs of ram. A patch is supposedly coming tomorrow, and in the notes it mentions this in some cryptic way. No one knows if it's meant to fix this and allow the game to run with 4 gigs, or they're just "fixing" unofficial workarounds. Check back after the patch, see what the community says.
