Disgusting.
Considering he was a god, and shortly after finding the lord soul he had dozens of armies of knights, maybe he simply created them himsefl without the need to reproduce? Or maybe he used surrogate mothers.
To quote what Fextralife has to say about the subject: "The Dragon Children Of Anor Londo
Another untold history that might corroborate Seath's reproductive experiments is the mysterious conception of Gwyndolin and Crossbreed Priscilla .
Gwyndolin is the confirmed son of Gwyn and Crossbreed Priscilla is thought to be an unacknowledged bastard, sentenced to live in the Painting of Ariamis.
The problem with both children is that they have no confirmed mother. She's not just nameless, there's nothing in Dark Souls that acknowledges her existence.
Crossbreed Priscilla is part dragon, there is ample evidence suggesting that, but there's no knowledge of any female dragons, let alone one that would mate with Gwyn.
Gwyndolin is another complicated case. For starters he was raised as a woman rather than as a man, and this because the power of the Moon was strong in him.
"The power of the moon was strong in Gwyndolin, and thus he was raised as a daughter.
His magic garb is silk-thin, and hardly provides any physical defense" - Moonlight Robe
"Gwyndolin is Gwyn's lastborn and a legitimate god, but he is also a Moon sorcerer.
This wand is boosted by faith, not intelligence." - Tin Darkmoon Catalyst
Gwyndolin has unusually pale skin, and his lower body has sinister snakes protruding from it . His father Gwyn exhibits no pale skin and no snake legs.
Possible mothers include the Witch of Izalith, the Daughters of Chaos, "Velka", "Gwynevere", "the motherly statue ", or perhaps some barnyard damsel.
The following idea was presented to me by Hexaped: "In Japanese mythology, a lord may conceive of children with serpent appendages if they stem from secret affairs."
"When a Lord's descendant was of a mysterious, perhaps unwanted, "illegitimate" birth, they were born with abnormalities and serpentine appendages
This suggests these children are all likely born from secret affairs." - Hexaped - Reddit user
Similar myths are found in Europe, myths of demons born from unnatural relations: eggs hatched by roosters or serpents, which then become basilisks and cockatrices.
If Gwyndolin's serpent traits are indeed due to a "sinful" relationship, it would narrow the search for his mother.
One should not look for a queen but for a mistress, a daughter, a wicked woman, a depraved liaison.
Gwyndolin is an adept sorcerer, but he uses no miracles, no lightning spells like those of his father and brother. In terms of abilities he's more akin to The Duke."https://bloodborne.wiki.fextralife.com/Ebrietas+Lore+by+Rakuyo#25
As someone that looks at DS standalone I see zero actual evidence of the true size of the "gods". They have access to magic, even at the time of the ending of Artorias (which from your characters perspective is the far past) magic is able to manipulate light to the point of making nonliving items entirely invisible. Gwyndolin, in making the illusion of Gwynevere, shows that it's clearly something they could use to manipulate the pygmys. My personal thought on it is that some, in the case of the first son in example, I think it's probably a barnyard classic. In the case of, say, Priscilla, I think Seethe is an obvious suspect for obvious reasons but something I think that's overlooked is the extreme level of magical power Seethe has. Seethe made golems out of crystal, that'd be like casting Crystal Magic Weapon except it makes a living golem. Think about it; the Pisaca, the Snake People, the Crystal Golems, even that primal crystal of his he pillaged from the dragons. A look at his experiments can tell you what kind of magic was being worked on. Oh what *chance* that Priscilla looks like the illusion of Gwynevere and a dragon had a baby. I'm not saying they had kinky dragon-giant-love, I'm saying they had kinky naked-dragon-magic on power-trip-pygmy-family magic-soul-clone-abomination experiments.
"On Gwyndolin and Velka: It may well be possible that Velka is Gwyn's former wife (how else would he have gotten children). Since Velka is associated with the Moon (dark arts, witchcraft), this hereditary trait would possibly be passed on to one of her children; Gwyndolin. However, since Velka left Gwyn and her children because of the sins of her family, Gwyndolin was never taught about sin, and instead was raised by Gwyn. This would explain why Gwyndolin uses Moon items, but for exacting vengeance on those who would dare to oppose Gwyn's rule."
But Gwyndolin could've been raised that way because of his wicked serpent legs
