Some areas stay on 30 fps due to vsync?

Is there a fix for it? Turning it off gives me massive screen tears so I'd rather keep it on, my pc is high end so I should be able to 60 fps no problem.

The same happens to me sometimes if I play at 4K with vsync on. But that's because my PC is decent, but not great. I have a GTX 970.

If I play at 1080p, I have absolutely flawless 60 fps.

What resolution do you play at? Are you sure your PC is high end?

Try turning it off and enabling fast-sync in your control panel for your GPU

No bans for changing gpu specific configs in their own control panel.

Thanks, that seemed to work along with changing the GPU vsync to fast and turning off ingame vsync.
