game runs like its in slow motion on 4k resolution
so i just got a 4k tv and wanted to try it out using my laptop.

runs perfectly on 1080p but as soon as i bumped up the resolution the game ran like it was in slow motion and i dont mean like its just at 30fps.

got a 1050ti in here with an i7-7700hq at 2.80ghz and 8 gigs of ram.

In this game low fps = slow motion, the game doesn't give choppy frames instead it just does that. You can try turning off vsync but if that doesn't work than your computer might just not appreciate 4k with this game

Yea, the slow-mo thing is weird & new to this remaster, I've never had it occur in any other game before but I kind of like it minus the fact that I had no idea why the ♥♥♥♥ my game was slow-mo for a while until I researched it

Same on my PC, I noticed a laggy gameplay at 4K resolution. 60 rock solid FPS, but laggy

It runs fine in 4K for me with a 1080Ti. I imagine that the mobile version of a 1050Ti just isn't up to the task...
You need a good computer for 4k. Not playschool sh**

in dsr gamespeed is tied to framerate 60 fps = 100% gamespeed, 30 fps = only 50% gamespeed
sadly they made that stupid mistake (thats why in onlineplay / pvp ppl look like they teleport)

Maybe.

I'd settle for 1620p though tbh.

I don't think 1050Ti is enough to run this game at 4k. It's a low-tier GPU so you can't really expect miracles from it.

1060, on the other hand, probably could at 30fps but 60fps might give it some trouble. :)
