Can't access DLC.
The lordvessel has been placed (All lords dead as well)
The hydra has been killed
The golem has been killed as well.

However, the golem does not spawn Dusk of Oolacile upon death.
Any solutions?

You have the broken pendant? The survival of Dusk it not needed in order to enter the DLC.

Will the golem in the Duke's Archives drop the pendant if I do not interact with Dusk in any way? Haven't gone for it yet.

After warping to the archives, it seems the pendant still drops from the golem despite never interacting with Dusk in any way. The cave golem in Darkroot Basin seems to be the only prerequisite other than placing the lordvessel.

Can't believe how much hassle it is, and how would anyone know the order.

I killed golem yesterday, and had to quit and reload just to get Dusk of Oolacile to appear. (I presume that's a bug.) Disgrace it's not fixed since it's known.

Then could not understand why the portal was not there.
