I created a SL4 dark bead character that is in tier +0.
-700+ dmg insta kill through a shield. Probably could do a lot more.
-One shots Taurus.
-Killed three players with one shot.
-Havel the Rock? More like Havel the Mutilated by Dark Beads.

It's GLORIOUS.

Woah, you can kill players with way less gear than you. Good job.

That's not how Dark Souls was intended, so it's not the Dark Souls Experience™.

It's just you bullying noobs online. As long as it makes you feel better about yourself.

It's possible in the game without using glitches -> It's intended.

Don't worry friend, It sure does.

Fight people at 120 instead of plaguing low levels, noob.

If it was intended, why would from try to prevent it in DS2 and DS3?

Well I'm invading all day on my SL 4 character but sadly I don't come across any SL 120 players. Sorry :(

They "tried" because they just wanted to bait more new players in the game for twinks to prey upon.

Just because you can beat the game without leveling up, it doesn't mean that it's intended to demolish noobs.

If it really was intended like that, you could invade level 1 people as level 500 with all +15 gear.

As a side note, this is the exact same reason why high power spell have appropriate stat requirements in the sequels. They added weapon matchmaking to try and balance it, but they didn't think of other ways to exploit it. Again, if it was intended, why would they add this when it wasn't in the original?

Didn't expect any logical answer from someone like you anyway, so it's all good.

Are you an idiot? They tried, and it semi-worked. They were clearly trying to prevent twinking.

Knowing the game and it's META and gaining advantage because of this knowledge is intentional. Using the best weapons available on your level instead of broken straight sword is intentional advantage due to experience and knowledge.

They did these balances to lure in new players to make more money and to lure more players for twinks to prey upon. It's a Win-Win.

You could have just said "i use dark bead" and everything else would be redundant.

EDIT: Oh wait, i realise the newbies might not be aware of what Dark Bead is.

Yeah, just like in DS 2 where you had a ring that completely countered the Soul Memory - a method to prevent twinking. Or you could just copy your saves and save revert all the time to stay in tier.

Also you could cast crystal soul spear with 1 intelligence due to REQUIREMENT LOWERING ITEMS and STAT BOOSTING ITEMS. And oh, you could hit more than 1k dmg with it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Okay now obviosuly they didn't want to touch on that part of DS1 so by now it's probably something that has to be able to happen in order for DS1 to be DS1, however, twinking is still a pathetic move.

I don't understand people who fight simply for winning. the rewards can't possibly interest you.

We fight to prove our skill and people who specifically target beginners with a fraction of their experience and weapons that hit twice as fast for 10 times the damage are nothing but playground bullies.

if he went and got dark bead at SL 4 he deserves to curb stomp peasants.
Ambassador Lofi May 27, 2018 @ 7:32am
at the end of the day who cares how many people he slaughters, they get a hefty freedom period from invasions after a death anyway, or they can just stay hollow

(and I mean heck the triple kill woulda made me laugh) I much rather see someone stream some dank twink ♥♥♥♥ over the obsession with the hacker stream, at least this would be legit & rather entertaining to even watch the items be obtained for the build
