Most efficient Humanity farm?

Currently sat in the depths with covetus ring, killing rats. is there a more efficient way/faster? done about 4 runs gotten 5 humanitys.

My personal method that I like is starting from the prison cell in the duke's archives and go all the way down the staircase and killing every pisacas (blue tentacle like monsters) and the way down until logan's first cell
That usually gives like on average about 3 humanity each time for me with the cov ring and 10 humanity

I will try this, I've done around 7 runs with the rats, and gotten 10

my opinion is make sure sief isnt dead, go to the forest get the defenders covenent just so your not attacked.

Then summon 3 buddies and spawn camp invaders with dried finger

If you have Tomb of the Giants unlocked, the skeleton babies down near Nito's fog gate drop humanity and respawn infinitely, but their drops disappear quick so you better be fast and keep your eyes open.
If you have the DLC unlocked, the humanity sprites in che chasm of the abyss have a very high drop rate for humanity.
Otherwise... rats are still pretty good, lol

There's an amazing spot outside of Nito's fog wall where a bunch of baby skeletons infinitely spawn without the need for a bonfire. Only caveat is you have to grab the humanity before it sinks into the floor.

You can also try farming them from the final DLC area before Manus.

The best humanity farming in the game is in the dlc close to the manus boss.

The earliest best humanity farming spots are the rats down the ladder under hellkite dragon or the rats in the depths.

I actually got up from 30 to 70 humanity kek first thing i did was insta feed darkwraith covenant to +2

That wouldn't be so bad but I have a feeling that rats only drop humanity once now. Either that or I was incredibly (and weirdly) unlucky).

I use Great Chaos Fireball on the Rats in the Undead Parish. 1 Fireball will kill all 3 and it takes 10 seconds to refresh them with the bonfire. Repeat. I had 10 Humanity within 10 minutes using gold ring.

your discovery stat should be 410. You need 10 humanities in your counter for that (no need to be human) and the golden snake ring (or symbol of avarice).

chance for drop is every time you kill them no matter how many drops already.

Depths rats are pretty convenient for that - DLC area is even more effective but I guess out of reach yet?

The best ways to farm humanity OFFLINE: Depth rats, Skeleton Babies in the area before Nito.
DLC: Humanity Enemies

ONLINE: Darkwraith, get 10 humanity in liquid form to start so you can hit +1 and get the orb. Then have fun invading. I must have gotten 99 humanity 20 times over by now. Theres no risk involved, if you lose, your bloodstain will be where you were standing when you invaded. Just sit next to a bonfire and invade all day, you dont go hollow if you die in an invasion.

Infinite Skeleton Babies.
Do be careful as the skeleton's have a despawn thing so make sure if you multikill, your finger is on that trigger to collect.

Tbh invading is best method to get a lot of humanity, especially after getting full red eye orb.
