How to do a jump attack with keyboard?

Anyone know how to do a jump attack with the keyboard?

^ while jumping you need to LMB for a weak attack which will do your jumping attack, be warned its useless on 90% of players in pvp, only real use for it is to sever a dragons tail if you cant reach with a normal swing/

The inputs for jump attack are Forward+Heavy Attack.

On Keyboard: Hold shift and tap 'W' and left-mouse button at the same time.
On Controller: Tap forward and RT/R2 at the same time.
(assuming you're using default controls)
