UI not appearing and no sound

anyone else having this issue? I've had nothing but problems with this game so far.

Edit: Fixed it, turns out my sound, hud, and brightness are default set to be off, not sure why they thought thats a good idea but w/e.

Sound is there but music and sound starts on 0 by default for some dumb reason. When you're in options or choosing new game, it will allow you to bring sound back by scaling the numbers.

There is option to toggle HUD ON but it doesn't actually have an effect in-game. HUD is completely gone in-game on any setting (windowed, borderless, fullscreen).

To fix all of these issues, in PC Configure Options in Main Menu (before you load your in-game save) click on Defaults button to reset everything properly. HUD scaling is what you need to see the HUD.

Yes! That was it. How strange. Was about to take the game back. Wasn't opening in full window either. Thlanks.
