Report a translation problem
There is option to toggle HUD ON but it doesn't actually have an effect in-game. HUD is completely gone in-game on any setting (windowed, borderless, fullscreen).
To fix all of these issues, in PC Configure Options in Main Menu (before you load your in-game save) click on Defaults button to reset everything properly. HUD scaling is what you need to see the HUD.
