The System doesnt meet minimum memory - high spec PC - how to fix

Dear Im desperate, Im getting this error with my configuration: i74790k@4.7 16gb ram nvidia 1080 highly overclocked.
I've never got problems with other games, still I cant play.. anyone knows how to fix?

Is paging file turned off? Make sure it's turned on and system managed.

why would i even need virtual paging when my ram usage is 20%? that's 4gb users bread and butter, but this is not clearly the case. thanks tho

You should still have a paging file. Any website or forum thread saying you need to turn it off because you have a lot of RAM are giving terrible advice.

Many programs and games rely on virtual memory, maybe DSR is badly coded in the way that it won't even turn on without it.

i never said i disabled it, it's still windows managed like always, just i really never used the paging file since i've way more ram than i actually need for what i do at home. Wish i had so much ram on my work laptop, flooded with 4 VS2017 instances and 439232 listeners

Ah well, it was worth a shot.
Next thing I'd look at is VRAM, maybe it's trying to use your integrated graphics?

Gtx 1080 xD doubt 8gb vram is not enough

well it just worked on 25th morning. i assume it was some kind of region lock till the release date, bound by timezone or something
