Is it possible to summon for the area immediately after Pinwheel and before the first bonfire in Tomb of the Giants?
I keep dying and I'd like a hand. If summoning isn't possible, could someone lend me the Sunlight Maggot or something?

Yes u can summon just b4 the 1st crossover. Marked by lights

Yes. But I think it's kind of unnecesary, I mean, it's really easy to evade the big skeletons and rush to the bonfire. (If you took the time to kill all the undead mages on the catacombs to get the skull lantern that is.)
