Report a translation problem
I liked using a the halberd on them since it skewered both of them in one go with the normal attack. You might equip it as your secondary main-hand. Even if you can't take them both out in one shot with it unlevelled, it recovers quickly, and you should be able to get two in quickly. Then switch back to your sword for the demon.
Been a long time since i played but If i remember right after going up the stairs there is an arch you can get onto, thats the spot to be.
After taking the dogs out i usually do a drop attack on the capra demon and then dodge and roll my way back up there and repeat.
