Skin Texture Bug

I am having an issue with the textures on my character's and NPCs' bodies (not the faces though) where the skin color is completely different than the characters face and flickers when the camera moves. It started when I opened up the character creator for my second character, and it occurs in all of my saves now. Restarting didn't change anything, and I'd like to figure out what might be causing it or how to fix it because my character model's green strobe skin is kind of distracting. I figured at least someone else has had this bug, but I can't find any solutions online. Does anyone know how I might fix this?
