If you go with Prepare to Die, getting DSFix and DSCM is basically mandatory. If you own the base game already I'd say you might as well get the Remaster as it it's extra cheap right now with both sales combined.. if you can't be arsed to set up mods.
And if multiplayer is what you are after then Remaster is more alive (but OG version will always have a special place in our hearts, even with all the bugs). That is to say if you don't want to continue playing on your existing character as transferring saves is not possible!

i'm at 129 hours of play and i'm at the choice of put calice or not, i want do every is possible before make a choice but i don't know what is the best choice for the first run :/

ex : i collect 99 drake ?tails? for be a lezard and all other colectable (?sun mark?, Souls for the spider Girls, etc....) for all ?pact? that need it before i chose a end.

Ah I see! First runs have a tendency to be a bit whacky :P
In some cases, you cannot do 100% of the things in a run. And when you "finish" a NG (New Game), you will restart again in NG+1 with the whole game able to be redone again but with the same character, if you didn't know. Some items will be removed, like keys items, but things like covenant items are NOT . Your current rank and progression of a covenant will stay the same. So do not worry too much about going into a new game.

I suppose staying on this character is the smartest thing you can do, and complete as much as you feel is satisfying :D! (Keep in mind that covenant ranks have nothing above tier 3 rewards, so on paper you don't collect items after that).

But ok you said me i keep reward from covenant but since its a new games i maybe need to do the rank 1 reward for active some passage that PNJ of covnant unlock sometime, no ?

Your active rank in a covenant will carry over to the new game. You will not be kicked out or lose tiers in a specific covenant, just remember that switching covenant loses you half the progress in your current covenant. I am not 100% about the passage but it should work like any other covenant, and think it only activates when you have gotten the Lordvessel as it would break the game otherwise (if you are at least in Rank 2 with the Fair Lady that is).
