I finished first Witcher kinda liked it did struggle less than on DS but got the feeling of cheap winnings in the end (didn't do highest diffculty)
Got bored out of Mass Effect, loved Dragon Age Origins but learned to hate EA
To find back into it: try and stay if u like and if not play something else :-) (should I try to finish ME?)
^ Just what this one said. It's called "meta knowledge".
4 Kings were impossible for me once. Until I learned that you could equip Havel's exoskeleton, 2H the strongest melee weapon you have, put the Grass shield on your back and just spam R1/RMB until DEAD. The only thing to look out for - their SUCC attack, but even with this attack, they became rather easy.
I was never good with RPG's myself. Too many numbers. Lighter versions, like Diablo/Torchlight are okay in my book. But "Purebloods"? Pillars of Eternity and such? Nu-uh, never touched those.
Until a friend of mine sent me a copy of DS2 Scholar of The First Sin. This was embarassing(died...what? 40 times in Forest of the Fallen Giants?), but...rather interesting tbh.
Don't rush in, GunZ blasing. Take your time, explore, research and take notes - if it helps.
