Deathless run. I give up.

Too much of the game is not designed for this. Falling through the terrain is the worst. Weird physics that cause you to go flying if you block wrong, or just get pushed around by funky positioning of enemies.

Has anyone ever done this WITHOUT cheesing? I mean, I can easily go to youtube and see all kinds of people glitching or abusing bugs to get past things they shouldn't. Speedrunners do it all the time.

Anyway, just had to vent. I must have died and started over 30 times at least trying this. Got pretty far most times, too. Just sick of spending several hours progressing only to have to start over because of flukes.

If you're going for a deathless run, just try and minimize your damage intake by playing a mix of defense and smart offense. Certainly learn all movesets before attempting to minimize mistakes.

But that's why it's such a challenge. The whole point of a deathless run is to do something so difficult.

But as I said originally, the most annoying part is the bugs. Falling through the world or having things glitch and cause a death isn't challenging. It's just broken, and that's what angers me the most.

I can't imagine getting to Seath without dying....that sounds incredibly frustrating to me. But to each their own. If you manage it post on Youtube mate.

i recommande to make a giant dad build ... almost unkillable if you play offline

what? tons of people have done deathless runs for years now in ds1. without any glitches might i add
