Any ideas how to get these achievements?

I'm not at all familiar with this type of game. I've entered the house and am now at the top of the stairs looking out the dusty window. It has an underlined bit of text that says I should wipe away the dust, but left clicking in various places doesn't do anything. Right click just brings up the game menu. I'm unable to play the game any further as I don't know what to do....

Anyone know what screen the Pocket Watch is hidden in?
