Can i invert the mouse/camera y-axis?

So I just got into the pumping station and trying to run away from the monster but it got me and I press F9 to load save, but this time instead of reloading the game I get a crash and error message. I tried to restart the game a few times, and I get to the menu but whenever I choose "continue" from menu and press yes, it goes to the "loading" screen but then crashes again. when I try to launch the game a small black box blink in the center of my screen. I tried : Verify the game cache uninstall / install restart steam, restart computer. Clear steam download cache. Next is probably ask for a refund. but before I do that id like to try every option someone can suggest me. thank you ...

so i play with 2 screen on extanded desktop , and with that i can't clic on the right of my screen, because aparently there are 2 mouses 1 in game and the other on desktop , so if i go too much righside, the desktop mous switch to the 2nd screen (on the right) then when i clic i have a back windows.... forced to desactivate my 2nd screen everytime, any fix for it please (kinda borring)? :)...
