I understand how the 2 highest performing parts carry over, but are there any stats for the chassis components that carry over in some (visible or invisible) fashion? With limited funds in the first 3 seasons of a newly created team, and as costly as even incremental (Very Weak to Weak) chassis upgrades are, it seems like the best bang for buck comes from part upgrades. At least those have some visible carry over and are far cheaper than chassis components....
