Stuck on a 20x20

I'm sure I'm just missing something here, but any thoughts on what I'm overlooking? This is "Flora" on Page 8, bottom center.

in 3 6 4 1 line you can mark another cell by counting from left and right.

If you look at the bottom right corner, the last 6 columns all end with numbers 2 or higher. But if the 9 fills that last cell then it fills the previous 5, and all 6 of them would be populated in the row above. But that has a maximum size of 3. So you can conclude that the 3 cells on the far right of the bottom row are all Xs.

With those updates, I figured it had something to do with the bottom row and the 9 with the 3 3 above. However, once I make those last 3 X's, I'm still struggling as it seems to me that once I have the "confirmed" mark in the 1 4 4 1 column on the bottom row, I'm not seeing how to successfully place that 9 without running into the problem of the 3 3 row due to the 2's placed at the bottom of the various columns. I assume I'm overlooking something still.

I've had another look, and the 2 3 2 1 1 column is the key. The block you've marked has to have an X below it. Because the block is either a 1 or the lowest part of the 2.

Perfect, thanks so much. I knew I was missing something. That was the link I needed to finish up the rest of it!
