How Do You Unlock the Bonus Puzzles?

Well since you have solved the second-to-last puzzle: have you tried scanning the QR code? If you cannot scan the QR Code:
It says "KONAMI CODE". Does that hint ring a bell?

Why do you have to speak in code? Where do you enter the code?

Because it is more satisfying if you figure it out by yourself, even with hints. Well, let me spell it out for you:
The Konami code is a cheat code used in many many games (especially early Konami games, hence the name). It is UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A. Enter that code on the level select screen (or maybe anywhere in the game) to unlock the secret levels.

These last achievements are driving me nuts. Is it not possible to input the cheat code on Mac? You're supposed to input the code with the arrow keys right? I've tried it everywhere and it is not working.

Aaand of course as soon as I give up and post for help it unlocks. Just inputted the code over and over on the level select screen on the page of the puzzle in question and it finally worked. Very finicky.
