There is another way that doesn't require a long time of effort micromanaging agents without pause - just set things up in advance and then use green midnight to destroy it.
The first thing that's going to happen is 11 of your agents are going to turn into apostles and start murdering everything in sight - one will turn into the heretic. I will also include that two of these apostles will serve as bodyguards to the whitenight and stay in his room for the duration of the fight. Whenever there's a clean line of sight, charge in and attack.
The biggest issue is going to be the ring of pale damage that the WN fires off - it's unavoidable and hits everything and everyone in the facility. If an apostle is brought down, this will bring them back to life, so do not waste a second on the apostles.
This also means that you're going to want as much anti-pale gear as possible. The WN's ego armor is great for this, as well as most of the other ALEPH gear. For what it's worth the last time I tried this, the last two guys standing were both wearing mimicry.
Your biggest enemy, however is going to be that giving commands in this game is a pain in the rear. Be very careful that when you tell your agents to attack, you're ordering them to attack WN - if you click on the room, your agents might attack the bodyguards instead, which - thanks to WN's ability to revive his apostles - isn't going to do ♥♥♥♥.
In the end, this isn't going to be a *hard* fight, but it is going to be a tedious one made all the worse by the fact that you can't pause or open the menu. Once you have killed the WN, rewind to the memory depository and you'll keep the Paradise Lost weapon.
Oh, and one thing: Please tell me you've supressed Binah. If you haven't - don't fight WN unless you're prepared to lose a ton of gear.
