All Abnormalities Escape
It's been a constant issue throughout my playthrough but with 100% consistency when I've been trying to attempt my first Dusk Ordeal the instant I reach the last bar before activating the next Qliphloth Meltdon (that would start the Ordeal) every singly Abnormality I have that can escape, does. The last chamber I activate to reach this threshold is always well within safe perimeters to not suffer any known adverse effects.

I'm at my wits end here. I cannot for the life of me figure out why everything escapes all at once for no discern-able reason. My list of active Abnormalities are as follows:
Control Team: One Sin, Beauty and Beast, Old Lady, Old Faith and Promise
Information Team: Void Dream, Forsaken Murderer, 1.76MHz, Shelter from thee 27th of March
Training Team: Fairy Festival, Big Red Button, Big and Will Be Bad Wolf, Behavior Adjustment
Safety Team: Happy Teddy Bear, Scarecrow Searching for Wisdom, Yin, Yang
Central Command Team: Ppodae, The Funeral of Dead Butterflies

Shelter from the 27th of March can release Abnormalities if you put someone in there and forgot to let them out.

That might be it. I was placing my weakest agent inside before starting the Ordeal and while I didn't think it would be that long it's probably long enough to get something going. But looking it up it should only be lowering the counter of ONE abnormality at a time, not all of them.
Every time this happens it's always started with the same abnormality releasing and going in a consistent order after that, one every couple of seconds. While I can't think of another explanation I would swear this has occurred during days where I've never even used the chamber; it just sometimes happens when using an abnormality that hadn't given me any problems (and has plenty of counter left).

While that's true, It's an instant drop to zero, so the effect is faster than you think. Besides Shelter, I can't see other Abnormalities that you have that can release Abnormalities. Other than that, can't think of any other reason other than failing Qliphoth Meltdowns or some Ordeals that can release Abnormalities like Red Dawn or some Violet Ordeals.

Hopefully you're right and I'm just being brain addled when it comes to the impact of Shelter. I'll keep a closer eye on things to at least eliminate it as a reason.

Shelter decreases Qliphoth Counters of an Abnormality every 5 seconds after the initial 30 seconds of being in its containment room. Its not that fast TBH, but will be if you on 2x speed (2 and 1/2 seconds).
