Is there no way to rewind from day 46?
I managed to complete all Core Suppressions except one (Hokma's) cause I failed to realize you have to unclock both Atziltuth departments as soon as possible, and now it seems I'm locked out at day 46 without the ability to go back. Is there maybe a way to rewind it back to day 41 or something like that? I honestly don't have time to replay everything again from day 1 (and the idea of facing Red Mist and Arbiter again just give me shivers)

Just activate Hokma Boss using the console (press the GRAVE key or the symbol ~). The command is "rimi standard bossiscoming 10" just make sure you are in the deployment phase.

sadly did not work. it spawned the boss, but it makes the mission unfinishable (in fact, it bugged the game out so much i actually have to restart, cause white midnight doesn't spawn either). guess i'll just go along with what i have and watch other endings on YT. but thank you nonetheless

Nope. 46 day have checkpoint so you can't rewind. Only choice is play another full cycle. Actually its not so hard, just pick easy abnormalities, that means no creatures who triggers on death of employees like Moutain of Smilling Faces, Monk, Big Bird. Don't grab abnormalities with special managment tips, especially White Night because on day 48 and 49 it will be nightmare if you have it.
No White Night (!!!)
No Army in Black (!)
No Mountain (!)
No Melting Love
No hell train
No punishing birb (you can grab another two, but not this)
No Silent Orchestra
No Alriune
No Heroic Monk (!)
Trust me, your life will be so much easier without this creatures. But if the game rolled three of them, just reroll.
On 48 day my game rolled WN, Silent Orchestra and Queen of Harted. I picked QoH, why? She is WAW, that means even she is annoyng, you can easily supress her solo with Twighlight E.G.O if you don't have it - get it right on next cycle. Pick birbs and beat the Bird of Apocalypse and then, go to Repository if you have a lot of casulties.

Why no Punishing Bird? It's harmless if you don't hit it, and actually will restore SP to those it pecks.
Not to mention that very few abnormalities outside of that list get upset by breaches, if anything choosing something like Big Bird would be a worse decision, as it can perma-breach if it ever hits Second Trumpet. (Which is very common to be stuck on perma, if too many things get out or you lose too many agents to a boss.)

while I cant help with the amount of time it takes, as long as you chose not to reset your game entirely (click yes when it asks if you want to carry over data), core suppression and anomaly data and weapons are permanent. you never have to redo them.

yep, i reverted back to Day 1 and i didn't have to go through that again. except i had to, cause last few days are chaos. but i managed to get to good ending (not the full one) so i call this a victory (ngl tho, it was frustrating at some points)
