No White Night (!!!)
No Army in Black (!)
No Mountain (!)
No Melting Love
No hell train
No punishing birb (you can grab another two, but not this)
No Silent Orchestra
No Alriune
No Heroic Monk (!)
Trust me, your life will be so much easier without this creatures. But if the game rolled three of them, just reroll.
On 48 day my game rolled WN, Silent Orchestra and Queen of Harted. I picked QoH, why? She is WAW, that means even she is annoyng, you can easily supress her solo with Twighlight E.G.O if you don't have it - get it right on next cycle. Pick birbs and beat the Bird of Apocalypse and then, go to Repository if you have a lot of casulties.
Why no Punishing Bird? It's harmless if you don't hit it, and actually will restore SP to those it pecks.
Not to mention that very few abnormalities outside of that list get upset by breaches, if anything choosing something like Big Bird would be a worse decision, as it can perma-breach if it ever hits Second Trumpet. (Which is very common to be stuck on perma, if too many things get out or you lose too many agents to a boss.)
