Apocalypse bird issue

I don't know why, but apocalypse bird just don't spawn. In my first playthrough it spawned.
Now I've all three birds and after 2 breaches..nothing happens. All 3 can just roam around facility, but nothing happens with or without mods. Someone has this exact problem or thoughts how can I fix it?

What day are you at. Apocalypse Bird cannot be spawned unless you are past day 21

2nd it won't spawn if there exists an employee with its Armor or Weapon in the Facility

I think one of employees has its weapon, but bird somehow spawned after failure attemp of White Night suppresion. Thank you a lot! I didn't know that weapon was affecting its spawn too.
