Captive workers... HOW FIX THEM?

O-04-100 keeps sending my employees to the tree realm. It says if i select and converse with them, they will go back to normal... WHAT DO I DO EXACTLY? because im selecting and telling them not to go. YET THEY GO

Alternatively, let them go - this will also solve the problem, though may lead to labor shortages and understaffing problems, but that shouldn't be a problem for the manager.

Literally click on the possessed agent/clerk until the spell breaks. Same works for Red Shoes, Little Prince and Parasite Tree.
