Do I keep Core Suppression Progress if I rewind to MR Imprint?

Yeahh, you just lose ego gifts that you acquiired after MR day and the lob points goes back to what it used to on the MR save, so its just ego gear/lob points that are potentially lost, other than those two, everything stays completed

The only thing you lose when resetting, either day 1 or memory repository, is the nuggets/abnormalities you gained.

EGO Equipment (not gifts! those are nugget specific!), Abnormality research progress, quests completed, and core suppressions all remain. In the case of memory repository specifically, any nuggets you gained or lost after the imprint will be reverted.

So if you imprint on day 14, lose your best nugget on day 16, and reset to repository, your best nugget will be back as they were on day 14.

Thanks, I wanted to do the Upper Sephirot CS first before doing the middle one's quests. I did lose one to Malkuth's CS (Spider Bud) but I'm not getting Tim back since that was before the imprint.

If the nugget died, then the EGO gear that nugget was using will be lost if you restart from a memory imprint. Only restarting the day will restore a nugget's EGO gear if they die. Until you suppress Binah anyways.
