Punishing Birds effect is that if an AGENT attacks the bird, it will eat them. Also if it was programmed correctly, it would eat the clerk that attacked it and then fly back into its cell. ALL employees are programmed to avoid attacking punishing bird when it is in its room, so accidentally attacking it would only occur if there is a "dmg reflecting" ability.
That is all regarding the escape information, its management information is easy to understand: it breaches when working on other abnormalities. Just work on Punishing Bird first then send employees into your other abnormality rooms. Or you can just ignore it and let it breach since its a TETH that gives barely anything

Whatever your 3rd option is, it is not as bad as dealing with Melting Love on the Lower Floors (Asyiah, Upper to our perspective) as Clerk can bleed into other departments causing the plague to spread further then if she was stationed in Briah or Atziluth,
Thankfully you can avoid taking the blessing that kick starts this mess by preforming repression and dealing with her easy breach instead.
just your staple ALEPH built to destroy most of your facility if you don't pay attention.

You pick the 3rd option
Thanks for the help, the wall of text was fully read and advice is carefully taken under consideration.
If your set up to handle it (and have the ability to easily kill clerks) Melting Love is one of the best Alephs to have in your facility. She has great gear, is fairly easy to handle, and has some very niche but potent benefits to letting her breach in some scenarios.
If you are not set up to handle her, she can become a massive problem. Mismanaging her or straight up not having the right tools to handle her makes Melting Love a potential reset.
