WAW Tier List
Alriune: Or as I like to call it, the stupid shiny horse that can go straight to hell. Only reason I'm not slam-dunking this into F-Tier is because the EGO is pretty solid. D-Tier.

Big Bad Wolf: Great EGO, great for training, barely breaks out (as long as Little Red isn't in your base). S-Tier.

Big Bird: Breaks out if too many people die, and has an annoying instakill mechanic while it's on the run. That said, the EGO is solid and it's great for training. B-Tier.

Judgement Bird: It's a WAW-Tier that gives ALEPH EGO, it's great for training, and it only breaks out if mishandled. Plus, the armor it gives is resistant against pale damage which is extremely useful late game. S-Tier.

Refraction Variant: Great for exp grinding. That said, the gimmick is kind of a pain, it's annoying to put back in it's cell, and I don't like the EGO. B-Tier.

Dream of a Black Swan: Rarely breaks out, great for training. Gift is kind of a hassle and the EGO is a bit meh, though. B-Tier.

Firebird: Solid B-Tier.

Clouded Monk: Okay for training and buffs agents, but the EGO is kinda meh and it breaks out if too many people die. C-Tier.

El Llanto de la Luna: Exp is amazing, gear is great and I've never seen it break out. S-Tier.

Little Red: Gear is top notch, but it breaks out way too often, and if you have Big Bad Wolf in your base, consider restarting. I'd say harvest the EGO and get it out of your base ASAP. C-Tier.

Parasite Tree: The gimmick is less and less manageable the longer the game goes on. By late game, it'll probably be a hassle you don't need. That said, it's great for training and I can't recommend the EGO enough. C-Tier.

Queen Bee: Once you have red armor and execution bullets, even if it breaks out, it's a snap. Plus, the EGO is amazing. That said, it is a bit picky. A-Tier.

Snow White's Apple: Not as annoying as Alriune, but the gear isn't as good either. D-Tier.

Burrowing Heaven: The gimmick is annoying, but not overly so. Plus, the ego is great. B-Tier.

Little Prince: This thing has left absolutely 0 impression on me one way or another. C-Tier.

Yin/Yang: Once you're done researching them, 90% of the danger is gone. S-Tier.

Knight of Despair: It's armor protects against Pale damage, it buffs agents, and only breaks out if things go horribly wrong. S-Tier.

King of Greed: Gimmick is a bit annoying, but the exp and Aleph-Tier EGO are worth it. A-Tier.

Queen of Hatred: Like the other magical girls, her gear is amazing, but I find she's a bit too high-maintenance for my tastes. B-Tier.

Dreaming Current: Similar EXP training to Big Bad Wolf. The weapon is mediocre for a WAW, but the armor is pretty solid. Rarely breaks out. A-Tier.

Naked Nest: It's the worst parts of Queen Bee and Melting Love put into a single abnormality. The gear isn't even close to worth it and the EXP isn't worth the risk of training with this thing. Worst part is if you fail, either you're really close to the end of the day or one of your agents are going to die. F-Tier.

Naked Nest at F-tier while Queen of Hatred sits at B-tier? Naked Nest does have a punishing mechanic but you just need to assign someone with high attachment and it'll basically never do anything. Ive had it only activate once because the rng was really bad and I got around 10 PE boxes from its work. Just get someone with high fortitude and attachment and it'll be fine, I'd put it at A.

Queen of Hatred is something else entirely. -20% success rate when she enters hysteria makes it incredibly difficult to keep her from breaking out, and I get there's a workaround for it, and her gear is good, but she just takes too much maintanence, kind of a pain. D-rank, C at best.

I just don't feel that the risk is worth the reward. As far as training those stats goes, there are far safer WAW (and in some cases, ALEPH-tier) abnormalities to pick from. I'd almost grit my teeth and say that Melting Love is easier to handle, since as long as you make sure that only one agent is in the department and kill your clerks as needed, all she can really do there is stand there and look pretty. The reason I'd be tempted to put it in C/D tier would be it's a guaranteed kill if you trigger it, which can spread like wildfire if you're not paying attention.

What really drags it down for me is the weapon - given the slow rate of fire, unless you're fighting something in Tipereth's area, chances are by the time your agent pulls the trigger the abno in question will be in the next room and out of range. Frankly, I think that while it's a good idea (and totally awesome, in theory), given how combat mechanics (and combat in general) tends to work, rocket launcher type weapons just don't work in this game most of the time.

As for the Queen of Hatred, while I agree with you I'd normally put her in C-Tier just for the trouble alone, much like Naked Nest, I have to take the gear into account. Unlike Naked Nest, what we have is a weapon with an insanely long range, good rate of fire, and the ability to do all four types of damage which in my mind makes up for the nonsense you have to go through to keep her contained. That, and the fact that her armor blocks against anything that isn't pale, means that any agent with her gear is more or less ready for anything.

As for when she inevitably breaks out, I think that it's only somewhat more annoying than King of Greed. Once you know the gimmick, barring the occasional freak teleport, her attacks are telegraphed enough that you can get your agents out of harms way before she fires the laser.

Side note: What do you think of the Little Prince? I have no opinion on the guy, so any input there would be appreciated.

Saying Melting Love is possibly better than Naked Nest is a travesty because Naked Nest ultimately has far less to keep track of, and Melting Love forcing you to keep only 1 employee on standby while killing any/all clerks easily makes her far worse. Basically all you need is an employee that's fit to work with Nothing There and simply assigning it to Nest, heck you could used Crazed Researcher Notes if it helps. I will admit though, the mechanic does make it a pain for training purposes, but I've gotten away with it. Plus, a lot of abnos will simply stand still (mainly because I swarm them and thus theyre trying to batter all the melee agents), so I dont see the issue with the rocket launcher, only abno I can think of where this is an issue is White Fixer, which aint even an abno. Plus its suit is pretty good.

Little Prince can be annoying if you arent paying attention to it, but for the most part it's alright. It is VERY generous with its mechanic, as the same employee needs to work with it a whopping 5 times in a row for its effect to trigger, and I think that if its counter goes down from another source, itll work like Grave of Cherry Blossoms, and you can still break agents out of the hypnosis. Overall it isnt too bad to manage, just need to remember which 2 agents work with it and when, and you can easily afford a slip-up or two with it. Also it's gear is pretty nice, nothin special though besides the extra white damage chance.
