That's not possible. Red dawn doesn't do damage The cause of your employees is either a bug, or the effect of some abnormality you didn't notice.
Here are the best way to deal with each ordeal until dusk. I'll leave the spoilery stuff aside :
Dawns :
Purple Dawn :
The easiest, just attack it, you'll be fine.
Green Dawn :
Same
Red Dawn : Have an employee on guard duty in each corridor before the start of the ordeal, to kill them as fast as possible.
Orange Dawn : The most dangerous dawn early on : you need some range weapon to deal with it. If you don't have any gun, just be patient and kill them little by little.
Or raise your employees justice so that their attacks are fast enough to be able to melee them.
Noons :
Purple noon :
Remove all your employees from their middle room. If you have an abnormality that can escape if too many of your employees die, have a squad ready to take them out as fast as possible. Then spawn the obelisks.
Kill the obelisks fast enough and you'll be fine after that.
Red Noon :
Have a small squad resistant to red damage attack the main enemy, and have everyone else guard each a corridor. Pay special attention to the corridors with the stronger abnormalities to avoid a disaster.
Green Noon :
They deactivate from time to time. Otherwise Try attacking them from their back, they struggle turning back.
If you have good armor against red damage, you can have those employees duel them pretty safely.
Pale Noon :
No tricks as far as I know. Just use your best guys and fight them head on.Just keep an eye on everyone to make sure one of the sweeper doesn't massacre your weaker guys while you're focusing elsewhere
Dusks : (i'll put the spoiler just in case for those as they might be more spoilery).
Green dusk :
If your squad isn't that strong, it's best to have everyone group up and try to take down one of the spawner as fast as possible.
Then try to sneak up on one of the other spawners with everyone while the Hes are busy massacre your clerks.
Be patient, remember the Hes have gun that deals red, so if you see one attacking you just play it safe. Try to have the jump on them while they are isolated.
Once all the spawners have been taken out it's clean up time. If you manage to reach this point, the rest should be easy.
Later on, you'll be able to have employees that can solo that ordeal.
Red dusk :
The big balls are ... not that dangerous.
If your crew aren't fast enough to chase them, just focus on getting them out of the way, then try to damage them as much as possible once they stop rolling.
Once the balls are down, just use the same methods for the He as the one for the Red noon and you'll be fine.
Just remember to not fall for the trap of putting all your eggs in the same basket.
Orange dusk :
The hardest dusk as far as i'm concerned
Either your guys are fast enough to nuke and it won't be a problem. Or they are too weak to one cycle the slugs, and you'll be in for a world of pain (and patience).
Never face them head on, always attack the giant slugs from behing. Keep an eye out for the other slugs when they are about to teleport into another corridor (when they reach the end of their current corridor).
Be careful, they might cut you off when spawning.
Never fight in a dead end And make sure your employees don't wander off while trying to kill the little guys.
The main rooms of each departement is completely safe, so there's no reason to rush. Unlike other ordeals, as long as you don't tell your weak employees to leave their room they'll never be in any danger.
