Lobotomy Corporation

Possible Secret Sephirah
so, i discovered today that the entire Sephirah structure is straight up the kabbalistic tree of life. (look it up if you don't know). and there's one section that's unaccounted for as far as im aware. Daat. it's supposedly right in the center of the last few departments but i couldn't find absolutely anything about it in the wiki at all. keep in mind im not really that far in the game all things considered so if you do know, no outright spoilers please. but i want to know if it's actually in the game later on and it's just a well kept secret, or if it's straight up not in the game?

but yeah like i said, if you do know, keep it relatively spoiler free, no big details about it or anything.

Wiki Answer: it is not on the wiki in a formal way(as in a specific page for it yet), but it is on the Wiki page for the Architecture Team

Daat is more along the lines of 'heart'. There is a corresponding individual for Daat but... well. Given that it isn't possible to complete a Qliphoth Meltdown for that individual, the epilogue...

Hm... I'm no mythology expert, but i do recall Daat being part of the tree of life when you load a save of day 50 or so, sort of in the bottom-middle of the diagram as you load into the game.

Or when you load up Challange Mode, which i believe also lets you acces that room mid-game, physically connecting the Binah and Hokma's departments to eachother. (And connecting to a whole bunch of others in the loading diagram.)

There's probably some symbolism to it all, that the Daat room is probably the one that (big spoilers) holds Carmen's brain/remains, which probably doubles as the source of both Abnormalities and Cogito, acting as the "Well". If i recall it all correctly.

Edit: Well, if it's the one i'm thinking of. There's also the "Sephirah" of the Architecture Team, which i forgot the name of. Perhaps i was mixing the two up.

funny seeing you here CarThief, how've things been? (thanks for the info, i skimmed it mainly cause of the spoilery nature of it but yeah)

Yeah, doing fine. Though can't say i uh, remember you by name, unless you just recognize me from posts/workshop things? That could be the case too.

Well, atleast i remembered right. Daat is the one i was thinking of. Kether is the one of the Architecture Team, in the diagram/tree of life. (Which i recall hearing was reversed upside-down. At the final day the tree reverses 180 degrees during, well, you know the sequence. Right there at the end.)

Guess that loading diagram of the tree of life only shows up on "Continue", not on Challange Mode (not that i wanna redo that living nightmare that is Day 49 again though).

Interestingly in actual Kabbalah, the Tree is some times drawn with a blank space in place of Daat. Also Daat is considered to be the Divine Light hint hint.

i don't quite think we've formally met but i'm a good friend of LeeSuss, we've played some of your levels and they are quite good i must say

Ah, thanks! It's a fun hobby to make levels for it. Actually working on a Lobotomy-inspired level right now, but that'll take forever to finish (only having done the basic framework for almost 2 of the 4 upper departments thus far, not gonna do any more then 4, that'd be insane).

Considering the many... "accidents" that occur in Lobotomy, it seems almost too perfect for a Viscera map, heh... Well, don't wanna drive it too far off-topic now, though it certainly makes me nostalgic for a good bit of cleaning and Tetris-ing several bodies into bins again. :P
