If you dont meet the requirements to Nothing There, then go with the Orchestra, but absolutely do not pick Censored, that thing is a headache to deal with unless you got a specific suit
Also, forcefully closing the game at the Abnormality selection screen does not save your progress, learned that one the hard way
Would it be better for me to just retry the day?
Or is Nothing There manageable? That is to say, is it less painful to deal with than Smiling Bodies, Alriune, or Queen of Hatred?
It reminds me of a Rush song: "If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice."

I think Binah was the one who gives you that if I'm not mistaken. Which would mean getting to almost day 45 while having also done all previous suppressions. Not a feasible option for your immediate future unfortunately.
No need to fight her core suppression.
Silent Orchestra is toughest to keep in the box, and tough to surpress if you don't have large amounts of Pale or Black damage (pale being exceptionally rare makes this tougher)
CENSORED... is weird. You need a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of black resistance (anything worse than 0.4 is unfeasible in most situations). Once you get it's weapon it's very manageable at least. The thing to keep in mind with CENSORED is only level 5 employees can work on it AND they'll still instantly take a 60% Sanity hit the moment they start, which is where most problems arise, as the black damage causes them to snap.
EDIT: I now realize that you meant contain and not defeat. SP bullets don't work in the containment, so disregard my previous advice...
I'd say Nothing There is easiest out of the three to keep contained as long as you have a high level employee, but if they mess up and it gets out: you're hosed.
TSO is frustrating to contain and I feel like it's the most random out of the three in terms of when it breaches. Fighting it takes a lot of micromanaging but as said by others, good pale damage really helps.
CENCORED I'd say to avoid unless you have really good black armor. Theoretically it should be manageable if you can get one high level agent with very high black resistance who won't screw up working on it.
