Do clerks death count towards leveling up her qlipth count or not?

Also, is it a bad idea to try keeping trying to go on the game with her? I am in day 20 She has been nothing but a pain in the ass in the last 3 days, as I have to cheese every time I want to avoid her escaping containment (bring a guy in, and start the meltdown right before the ending of the "test").

Also, does she have a lower probability of sucess when she is hysteric? I feel she has.

for keeping her kind of depends, she's a pain but her gear is pretty decent and you get to keep it for the rest of your runs whereas you only have to deal with her that run

as far as making it easier yes clerk deaths count towards her qliphoth counter condition and there are ways to make use of it. I've seen people release various abnos that are easier than her intentionally to have them romp around and kill a few clerks before putting them back in the box for instance

For your second question yes she has a much lower success rate when in hysteria mode, in fact someone with capped temperance, not counting ego gifts, cannot consistently keep her from breaching, she'll still get out every 3-5 tries or so

By run do you mean the 5 days period?

No, you keep all progress you have when resetting to day one on the main menu except employees, that being Sephirah missions/research, codex information, equipment etc. So you have to deal with Queen of Hatred on that run of the game but as long as you don't lose the equipment from someone dying and not resetting the day you'll still have it on all future runs of the game.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, I only reset if i'm consistently relying on luck (ie specific abnos not melting down), want to rearrange what abnos I have to make clearing specific missions easier, get new high level equipment etc. That said once you have her codex filled out and her equipment she's definitely one of the worse WAWs granted I consider abnos that passively cause trouble without you interacting with them automatically worse than others

You can also use Execution bullets to kill off three clerks before every meltdown to keep her in check
