The Big and might be bad wolf

Ok i am having a problem this is abnormality. It is nothing said in the observations....in fact it is something not said in the observations. Randomly when i have someone working oh him, the screen will shake and the person will be killed instantly by this abnormaility and i don't mean out of control i mean dead. This is not stated any where in the observations about him randomly killing an agent while they are performing oh them. Please help.

P.S. I do not have little read riding hooded mercenary so it can't be anything to do with her.

The only thing i can go off currently is that he might kill an agent if you do instinct work and no one has been eaten by him....because i have done that

Oh wait never mind i realized what it was.....the person i kept sending in had note of a crazed researcher which if they ever did bad killed them instantly XD

Yeah, it's not the big bad wolf that was killing your employees
It was a different abnormality
Big bad wolf doesn't hurt people anymore
