That said, she doesn't give you much information, mostly just messages of when you're around 50% energy and when you've got 100% energy (and when a certain abnormality is possessing someone). So you can ignore them in 99% of the cases unless you know you got that one abnormality that can posses employees (well, there's multiple, but only one has a message for it).
Edit: Well, she also gives you messages for getting all the employees killed/panicked, now that i remember. So, in short they're not particularly important and missable in most cases.
And speaking of logs, there IS infact a log for dialogue between days, in the talking bit before you start another day of work, if you press the thing on the top right, if i remember right. Not what you're looking for, but it seems relevant... :P

I have to use screenshot function to read this((
I suppose the starting text does disappear a bit too fast with that glitch. Before that, it showed up without delay, giving you more time to read. I guess as it stands that specific dialog could last a few seconds longer.
Alternatively they could make it so pausing also pauses the notification just like the ones on the side (for deaths/agents panicking/breaches/etc), whatever works best i suppose... Another solution would be to add her text to the Log on the bottom-left, now i think about it...
Also the little blurbs on screen are not important, and the complete list of all her dialog are located inside of the XML files located in
(Browse Local files)\LobotomyCorp\LobotomyCorp_Data\ExternalData\xml\Language\en
inside of AngelaDesc_en.xml.
with the ordeal dialog being located in
(Browse Local files)
\LobotomyCorp\LobotomyCorp_Data\ExternalData\xml\Language\Localize\en
It's simply the irrational fear of missing out that is going on. Consult your local therapist for guidance on how to get over it.
