I am not sure what I am doing right with this one. I went through the day without a red sad face in any abnormalities and it when i end the day it doesn't clear.

Its just no red sad faces (bad work results), so you could say you are doing it right or have the right idea. it will clear eventually.

yeah sometimes it clears sometimes it doesn't i even ended the day extremely early like ASAP before meltdown 5 or something

Its advised to not have anyone in the containment rooms as well, as that might count as a failed work if they aren't above the bad mood range
