I dont think so, even blue star E.G.O can destroy dusk ordeal
Also, if you successfuly managed ALEPHs, in most case, you must have tons of WAW E.G.O since ALEPHs are not easy to manage with HE or below EGOs, this means you can surpress her easily
First mission of disciplenary team(I dont know correct English version text), requires surpress he or teth so if you can surpress any teth abnormality, do it with this
I can't understand why you can't surpress them without her
And what E.G.O which level is higher than teth?
But if you can't, here is red hood mercenary surpress plan let red mercenary target agent with blue star E.G.O(Mercenary only attacks who she marked, which means if that agent still alive, she only attacks that agent unless wolf is also in your facility)(Place Blue star E.G.O Equipped agent in front of her containment room), use bullets such as R damage barrier and HP heal bullet for blue star E.G.O equipped agent and destroy her with other agent behind her
Sorry for bad english while explaning surpress plan.
To face Red Hood, take your best employee with the max resistance to red damage to tank her at close range. Make sure that specific employee is the first one Red Hood sees. Then make all the rest of your strike team hit Red Hood behind her back : that way, you only have to care about the health of your tanking employee. Use Red shield bullets to make your tanking more effective.
However, if you don't have bullets or good anti-red gear, you should consider resetting with memory imprint if it's not too late, or resetting to day 1, since Red Hood is really though to deal with if you don't have good gear.
I'm glad it worked for you. You may think that having Red Hood is not that great, but she is definitely worth hahving if you need to supress anything in the facility. She's also great if you want to have more firepower, or need some distraction on problematic breaching abnormalities. (Ex: Red Hood on Big Bird, while I suppress another one elsewhere with my employees)
Knight of despair is indeed an excellent choice when you need an employee to tank damage. Just be careful that this blessing is a double-edged sword : you don't want your blessed employee to die or panic, trust me.
