Luminous Bracelet killing upon return
This has happened to me a couple times now and it's starting to aggravate me, especially combined with the fact that the life regeneration isn't working as advertised. The second tip says that the "Luminous Bracelet constantly recovers the wearer's HP when it drops." It either does not do this or does it at an imperceptible rate.

The third tip says "The wearer will die if any attempt to return it is made when their HP has dropped."

What does this mean? Does it mean you have to return it at full health? Because a) that doesn't make sense in the context of the bracelet's lore (it punishes greed; giving up the bracelet even when you NEED it is the opposite of greedy) and b) I've had two employees return it at full health and they died right after putting it back.

Or does it mean that you can't ever return this item once you've taken damage while wearing it?

Lore wise, it does makes sense. Here's the reasoning :
1) Greed is punished when wearing the bracelet for no reason because the employee doesn't need it. By wanting to anticipate something that could happen, but does not happen, the wearer displays a form of greed.
2) Returning back the bracelet when the wearer is hurt goes against the "lore", since your employee need it because he's injured.

And yes, you need to return the bracelet when having full health. Be careful to check the numbers visible when selecting a work, and not the lifebar. (Sometimes, 99% of the lifebar can be interpreted as 100%.)

The wearer needs to get hurt by red damage. Or to be already hurt after a work/suppression. Otherwise, wearing it without taking red damage will kill the employee after a period of time. As long as your employee is hurt, he's safe from the time-kill effect. When at full health, you can return it normally.

I never had issues with it once the tips were discovered. I did not test it for works, I only used it as suppression buff or a regen when room heals are not enough. If you need to unlock all its entries, the method I used was to wear it every 30 seconds, return it and repeat.

Regarding your first point, yes, we're in agreement that wearing the bracelet when you're not taking damage is greedy; however, I don't understand why the bracelet kills you if you return it prematurely. Especially since, as you mentioned, it's very difficult to tell the difference between someone with 99% health and 100% health, which I think is what caused the previous fatalities (so thank you for bringing that to my attention!)

This irritation is further compounded since the bracelet doesn't actually heal you over time as it says it does, which would help reduce the odds of accidentally returning the bracelet with 29/30 health.

But again, thank you for helping me pinpoint my mistakes; just airing my grievances with this item.

Reminds me of Tiny Being's Ring from Dark Souls. Game lied in it's description in similar way.

I think it's a bug; the wiki says that it heals 2.4 health every 3 seconds, so I imagine an update at some point broke it. I've searched the discussions and the only hit is an old post in the bug reports saying it doesn't heal. I don't think the game is being updated anymore, so I don't expect a fix, which is a shame.
