So i'm guessing a level 5 "common" and a level 4 "high" in the same work means they prefer lower-level employee skills (like how Censored seems to prefer someone having level 4 Insight over level 5 Insight, if i remember right). Or that's the best i can make of it and remember anyway, it can be a rather confusing chart.
But i ussually don't worry too much about it, unless the managerial tips mention an ability that triggers at too high stats or work speed, having high work stats (in particular Temperance to speed up work) helps a lot, and ussually is better then trying to meet the work chart's recommendations.
